EVRYMAN brings together proven components from multiple disciplines backed by research. Rather than just tell you what is “off” and what you need to do, we will guide you on YOUR path to total health.
This three-month customized journey will utilize your test results along with what we have learned about men over the past 30 years to meet your needs. One powerful bonus: you will be traveling this journey with two other men. If you are like most men, the thought of doing this with two other guys may not sound fun. After working with thousands of men in our programs, we have found that the connecting men naturally creates and accentuates every aspect of the program. Those connections often help men do things they never thought they could do.
Remember what it felt like to go off to camp or school for a new experience with people you didn’t know? Remember how you felt at the end of the experience? You can have that same feeling after three months of EVRYMAN Total Health.
Rather than just tell you what is “off” and what you need to do, we will guide you on YOUR path to total health.
Please complete this short application to participate in EVRYMAN Total Health. We look forward to teaming up with you.
Through the 1980s and 90s, Owen operated a small integrative medical clinic in Scottsdale, Az. For forty years, Owen developed programs that brought together mindfulness, somatic psychotherapy, and the science of emotional physiology for men. This new model was the focus of the documentary About Men. His book, Grow Up: A Man’s Guide to Masculine Emotional Intelligence layout a set of tools most men never got growing up.
As co-founder and the Director of Education at EVRYMAN, Owen and the EVRYMAN team continue developing effective ways to use emotions and physiology to create fulfilling relationships and purposeful lives. Men embraced this new model — it’s a natural model for men’s way of experiencing and expressing emotions. It works, and men’s relationships transform as they practice these skills in EVRYMAN groups and trainings.
