Why Join the EVRYMAN Group Program?

Experience a transformative journey with our 3-Month EVRYMAN Group Experience. This unique program combines the power of facilitated guidance with the support of peer-led sessions, creating a dynamic and enriching environment for personal growth.

This isn’t your run-of-the-mill meetup. This is a unique opportunity to join a committed group of men, meeting weekly, with one goal in mind: real, meaningful, and lasting growth.

  • Sustained Growth & Accountability: Meet three times a month for three months. Consistency is king.
  • Expert Guidance: Sessions led by experienced EVRYMAN facilitators, Brad Golphenee and Michael Wise. They’ve been through it all and know how to guide you.
  • Peer Support: One peer-led session per month to keep the energy and accountability high.

Program Structure

Duration: 3 months of continuous support and growth.

Meetings: Three sessions per month, all online for your convenience.

Facilitated Sessions: Led by experienced EVRYMAN facilitators, guiding you through deep and impactful work.

Peer-Led Sessions: Collaborate and grow with your peers, fostering strong connections and shared experiences.

Frequently Asked Questions

The EVRYMAN Group Experience is a facilitated closed men’s group designed for EVM Members. The Group will offer an opportunity for men to participate in a high-level Men’s Group. These groups provide support for deep personal transformation, the power of being witnessed, the safety of contained vulnerable connections, a feeling of belonging, and solid modeling of how to lead a successful Men’s Group. Maximum size of each cohort is 15.

The 3 Month program includes specific prompts and an open agenda for all men to dive into their inner work. Out of the 3 group sessions per month, 2 of these will be facilitated and 1 session is designed to be led by a member of the Group, while inviting all men to step into a leadership role. Each session will be for 2 hours. Additional connections will be required through the assignment of Accountability Partners.

  • September: 10, 17, 24
  • October: 8, 15, 22
  • November: 5, 12, 19
All Sessions are at 3:30PM PST / 6:30PM EST
These Groups are available to men that have done prior work in the EVRYMAN space, this includes Fundamentals, Advanced I, Open Source, and MELT currently. This group experience will replace Advanced I as an EVRYMAN course offering.
This group will meet for 3 months, 3 times per month, for 2 hours each meeting.
The introductory cost of this experience is $395 for the 3-month program.
Each membership has access to call recordings. All recordings are private and only accessible to those in the same program. If you sign up for EVRYMAN Group Program and you schedule changes for any reason, simply let us know! We can move you to another group in a upcoming month.
Yes, you will be able to refer back to the groups, rewatch recordings.

Carl Radke

Carl Radke, Pittsburgh native and Syracuse University TV/Film grad has been working around the TV industry since he was 20 as a model/actor/production assistant. You may recognize Carl from starring as a TV personality on the hit Bravo reality series ‘Summer House’ which began airing in 2017 and Season 7 coming on the horizon. He also currently serves as VP of Sales for Loverboy and is a founding member of the growing better for you alcohol brand. Carl has always had a close relationship to mental health advocacy with his involvement with Heal Our Heroes/Headstrong, a non-profit for mental health resources for our military veterans. Through his own mental health journey Carl has been focused on meditation, therapy, acupuncture to compliment his self care. In August 2020 Carl lost his older brother to several years of addiction and mental health issues. Carl hopes to share his journey and his brother’s story to help families and individuals to break the stigma around addiction and mental health in our society.
