Rediscover the Power of Rites of Passage
A transformational weekend for coming-of-age boys and their fathers.
Step back, reconnect, and transform—this weekend could change your life forever.
Throughout human history, communities have gathered to guide boys into manhood through intentional and powerful Rites of Passage. Today, much of this critical tradition has been lost, leaving boys without the guidance they need—and we’re all feeling the impact.
At EVRYMAN, we’re reclaiming this tradition. Adapted to our modern way of life and designed to appeal to families from any background, this accessible experience will help lead the next generation of men into a future of strength, purpose, and connection.

Parallel Growth for Men
While the boys embark on their intensive, parents or mentors will undergo their own journey, building the foundation to guide their boys into manhood.
"Boys everywhere have a need for rituals marking their passage to manhood. If society does not provide them, they will inevitably create their own." - Joseph Campbell
A Journey for Fathers and Sons (and mothers too)
In today’s society, we are amidst a known crisis among boys and young men. Increasingly disconnected from traditional sources of guidance, support, and identity, many boys are struggling to find their place and live a life of meaning. This crisis manifests in various troubling ways, including rising rates of mental health issues, disengagement from education, and a lack of positive male role models. As a result, the transition from boyhood to manhood has become fraught with ambiguity and uncertainty, leaving many men of all ages adrift in a world that often fails to provide the structure and support they need to thrive.
Historically, rites of passage have played a crucial role in guiding boys through this critical transition, offering them the opportunity to step into manhood with confidence, purpose, and a sense of belonging. These ceremonies, deeply embedded in various cultures worldwide, have traditionally marked the transition from adolescence to adulthood, providing boys with the tools and guidance they need to navigate the complexities of life as men. However, in modern Western society, many of these traditions have been lost or diminished, leaving a void in the lives of young men.
We believe that by reintroducing and scaling these important traditions, we can have a positive and dramatic effect on the current boy crisis. These rites of passage will offer boys the opportunity to connect with their inner strength, develop resilience, and gain a deeper understanding of what it means to be a man in today’s world. Our staff also works with fathers during the weekend, and with the mother figure via virtual training and Q&A.

The Power of Community and Connection
As the sun rises on the final day, the boys return to the circle—changed. You’ll witness their transformation and feel the bonds of a supportive community dedicated to the wellbeing of boys and men. Together, you’ll carry forward an experience that will be a touchstone for the rest of your lives.
