Co-Regulation: How to Read Another Person to Develop Connection
Dive into one of the skills we will be teaching at the upcoming MELT retreat: co-regulation.
This event is a preview of MELT: Men’s Emotional Leadership Training & Retreat, July 23-25 in Scotts Valley, CA. More about MELT here.
On this call, Monday June 28th, you will learn the essentials of co-regulation and why it’s so important.
We train men to become aware of their own conscious and unconscious experience, so they may be present for the conscious and unconscious experience of another man. Learn how to read others in ways they are unaware of as a means to help them feel safe and connected. To be effective at creating connection, you need to be good at co-regulation.
Co-regulation is when your brain, nervous system, and body sync with another person’s brain, nervous system, and body. Being a good co-regulator means you are innately good at reading another person. You will learn a few simple ways to immediately apply these skills, born from years of research.
RSVP above and join us 6/28 to learn more.
